Good game! I like this format, we just need to practice on team communications for better coordination of attack and defense.

I was just going to post a similar comment....suggestion even.
It is clear that wingman bombing is on a few minds. I would suggest that this server format lends itself to the wisdom of working with another pilot or pilots via Teamspeak. There are many benefits given the low information nature of a non-repairing targets scenario.
I concur with the need for coordination between teammates....in all servers. Skills can be honed on comms with minimum words, even shortcut coding. There is a lot going on during the entire war which can be best managed by planning and practicing intel sharing at all times. If you are working closely with one other pilot, and that pilot is killed, and plan for regrouping can be beneficial and much can be accomplished in evaluation and planning during that time.
Each side can agree to have one or more pilots maintain a spreadsheet to be marked up, while everyone works to communicate, confirm and respond to request on target status. Having to drop down from high alt to recon available targets is a waste if data can be maintained and available to all.
Just a few thoughts on value of communication in a far more complicated arena.
BIG PROBLEM....since our wars are manned by first come first choice...which does not lend itself to setting up communication in advance of 4PM EDT USA......how is this accomplished? Are we consistent enough to choose sides ahead of time?? Not sure.
